Challenger had been working with their previous visual identity for some time and it needed to be reconsidered in light of the many changes within the business. Working with marketing and the c-suite we assisted in refreshing the visual identity, initially auditing the existing range of collateral then remapping the customer journey to help the business understand the new requirements when communicating with customers and shareholders alike.
